01. Scope of this notice
MarketGap Intelligence is in a frontend prototype phase. No personal data is collected on a server during this phase. Browser local storage may hold a demo session token and your most recent keyword history for prototype convenience.
02. What is stored locally
Your demo session, your daily keyword usage counter, and your saved keyword history are stored in your browser local storage. Clearing the browser data removes all of them.
03. What is not collected
The prototype does not run analytics, does not send your inputs to any server, and does not store account or payment information. No third party tracking is configured.
04. Future production behaviour
When the platform moves to production, a full privacy policy will describe account data, billing handling, support communication, and any data partners used. That policy will be drafted with qualified counsel.
05. Children
MarketGap Intelligence is not intended for children. The product is a seller intelligence tool aimed at business users.
