01. Prototype scope
MarketGap Intelligence is currently a frontend prototype. The platform demonstrates the structure, design language, and user journey of the intended product. No live data, no real transactions, and no production-grade processing is in place during this phase.
02. Acceptable use
While testing the prototype, please do not attempt to upload sensitive personal data, financial information, or proprietary material. The prototype is intended for review and feedback only.
03. Account and access
Two demo profiles are provided, a tester and an admin profile. Both are shared review accounts. They are not tied to a real subscription, and sessions are stored locally in the browser.
04. Intellectual property
All design, layout, copy, and component structure shown in this prototype were created by Anointed Coder for MarketGap Intelligence and TerryKing. Final ownership terms will be defined in the engagement contract.
05. No warranty during prototype phase
The prototype is provided on an as-is basis. No availability or accuracy guarantees apply to mock data, scores, or charts shown in the prototype interface.
06. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, neither the platform owner nor the builder will be liable for any decisions made based on prototype content. The prototype is for visual and structural review only.
07. Changes
These prototype terms may be updated as the platform evolves. The final, legally binding terms of service will be drafted in a later phase by a qualified legal partner.
